Candidates and candidate units are not allowed to carry out activities such as entrusting, lobbying, canvassing, helping elections, bribing elections, and inquiring about election information directly or indirectly, expressly or implicitly, or by entrusting others; candidates are not allowed to report, consult, solicit In the name of opinions, etc., visit national academic groups, experts and other relevant units and personnel, and carry out activities for recommendation (nomination).
Experts should resolutely resist all kinds of inappropriate behaviors such as interfering in elections, engaging in public relations, and soliciting votes; they are not allowed to accept gifts and gifts from candidates and their units, and they are not allowed to contact candidates in private in violation of regulations, engage in improper contacts, exchanges of interests, and are not allowed to participate in possible events. Activities that affect the impartiality of the recommendation (nomination); the avoidance system should be strictly implemented, and no avoidance or non-evasion behavior is allowed.
