On the morning of November 6th, at the opening ceremony of the 5th World Top Scientists Forum, the University President's Advisory and Collaboration Committee of the University of Science and Technology was announced to be established. The first batch of Oxford, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Fudan who have established strategic cooperation intentions will complement each other, support each other and seek common development in terms of talent training, academic exchanges, scientific research cooperation, and achievement transformation.

Taking the World's Top Scientists Forum as a platform and link, the President's Advisory and Collaboration Committee of the University of Science and Technology Association will effectively carry out pragmatic cooperation between the Association of Science and Technology and top universities. The committee is chaired by Jin Li, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and President of Fudan University. Professor Louis Richardson, President of Oxford University, made a special trip to deliver a speech, announcing the cooperation with the Top Science Association, which plans to provide four postgraduates (two from China and two from the UK) with further study opportunities each year.

A group of enterprises and entrepreneurs with outstanding reputation at home and abroad, outstanding strength, advocating science and a great sense of social responsibility joined the committee first. Ning Gaoning, member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the APEC China Business Council, serves as the founding chairman, and well-known entrepreneurs Shen Nanpeng and Xu Hang serve as vice-chairmen. The first batch of founding members - Li Qing, chairman of Shenzhen Weiyue Creative Investment Group, donated 100 million yuan in support coins to the Shanghai World Top Scientists Development Foundation, which was specially used to support the cooperation between the top science and technology associations and top universities; Shenzhen Aisheng International Guan Yunping, chairman of Education Group Co., Ltd., donated 30 million yuan to Dingke Foundation, which was specially used to support the development of the top middle school alliance; Chen Zhipeng, chairman of Shenzhen Hengchuang Ruineng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., donated 3000 yuan to Dingke Foundation. RMB 10,000 is specially used for the establishment of a series of scientific journals by the Association for Science and Technology.
